Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access links and credentials secure.
Your documents
You retain ownership of documents and other content you submit. You grant Pool Labs LLC and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, extract, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Quorum.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and have it processed by the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, secrets you are not authorized to share, or content subject to restrictions that Quorum is not designed to satisfy.
AI output and professional decisions
Quorum uses probabilistic AI systems. Reviews can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or fabricated, even when they sound confident or cite the submitted text. Consensus among models is not proof of truth. You must independently verify outputs before relying on them.
Quorum does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting, compliance, engineering, or other professional advice. It is a review aid, not a substitute for qualified professionals or your own judgment. You remain responsible for your documents, decisions, publications, and actions.
Acceptable use
You may not use Quorum to violate law or another person's rights; probe or bypass security or rate limits; access another user's data; disrupt the service; introduce malicious code; automate abusive volumes of requests; reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits; or use outputs to make unlawful high-impact decisions about people.
Credits, payment, and refunds
Signed-in accounts currently receive one bounded Quick review per UTC day, subject to document, panel, network, and service-wide capacity limits. After that daily review is used, one credit pays for one reviewer in a submitted panel. Prices and included credits are displayed before checkout. Credits are a limited license to use Quorum, have no cash value, are not transferable, and currently do not expire. Taxes may apply. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.
Purchases and service-failure credits are governed by the Refund Policy. Except as required by law or stated there, purchases are final.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features; alter model or vendor selection; impose usage limits; or block activity that threatens the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular provider or model, a fixed completion time, or preservation of data indefinitely.
Termination
You may stop using Quorum at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, risk to the service or others, nonpayment, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations—will survive.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quorum is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pool Labs LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Their total liability arising from Quorum will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for Quorum during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
General terms
These terms and the policies linked from them form the agreement regarding Quorum. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Pool Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, except where urgent injunctive relief is appropriate.
