What to include
- The email address associated with your account.
- The review ID or checkout receipt when relevant.
- A concise description of what happened and when.
Do not send your document contents, passwords, API keys, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive material by email.
Privacy and deletion requests
Send requests from the account email when possible and use the subject “Quorum privacy request” or “Quorum deletion request.” We may verify your identity before disclosing or deleting account data. See the Privacy Policy for the data Quorum currently stores and the limits of its deletion controls.
Billing questions
Include the date and amount of the charge and the Stripe receipt identifier, but never send payment-card details. See the Refund Policy.
Security reports
Please email suspected vulnerabilities privately with reproduction steps and their likely impact. Do not access other users' data, disrupt the service, or publish sensitive details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
