What happens when you submit
- Quorum extracts text from pasted content or an uploaded PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or text file.
- The extracted text and document title are stored in Supabase Postgres. For signed-in uploads, the original file is also stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket.
- The title, extracted text, reviewer persona instructions, and output schema are sent to the AI provider assigned to each reviewer. Quorum currently integrates Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google.
- For synthesis, successful reviewer findings and the document text—truncated when very long—are sent to an available AI provider to create the consensus report.
- Individual findings, verdicts, rationales, provider/model assignments, errors, and the final report are stored in Supabase and displayed in your review history.
How long Quorum keeps documents
Signed-in reviews: there is currently no automatic expiration. Extracted text, original uploaded files, review results, and reports remain stored until removed by Pool Labs LLC or the associated data is deleted. There is not yet a self-service delete button.
To request deletion, email contact@poollabsllc.com from your account email and include the review ID. Deletion from Quorum's active systems cannot undo completed processing or guarantee immediate deletion from vendor logs, legally required records, or backups.
What AI review does—and does not—mean
Different reviewer personas and providers can reduce correlated blind spots, but they do not make an output true. Models can miss material, misread context, invent support, or agree on the same mistake. “Consensus,” “contested,” and “verify” describe how Quorum organized model findings; they are not factual certifications or professional advice.
Before submitting confidential material
Confirm that you are authorized to share the document with Pool Labs LLC and the listed vendors. Remove secrets and personal information that are not necessary for the review. Do not use Quorum for content that requires a data-processing agreement, data residency commitment, zero-retention guarantee, or specialized regulatory environment unless Pool Labs LLC has expressly agreed to those requirements in writing.
